Milk is mother nature’s white gold and we love our dairy. Green Valley has
been our dairy milk and cream provider of choice for over two decades. Farmed in the lush fields of
the North Waikato, Green Valley milk is unique in that it is produced and processed at the
farm; so it retains the old-fashioned values of a great product – taste, freshness, and long
shelf life. The Green Valley range includes cream and 17% fat cooking cream, standard blue top milk and lower
fat options - lite blue and green milk. We are proud to have worked with Green Valley to develop their
Barista Velvet Organic milk, an industry leading brown top milk that has been specifically
formulated for Foodservice.
We have a comprehensive range of delicious dairy free milk, including oat, almond, soy
milk from suppliers Alpro, Vitasoy, Alternative Dairy Co, Aroy-D, Kara, Boring Oat Milk & Otis Oat
Milk.
We also offer a broad selection of the best cow, sheep, and goat cheeses. From
boutique cheese makers and well-known brands here in New Zealand, to France, Italy and beyond. We take pride
in our cheeses, sourcing from the likes of Whitestone, Fonterra, Massimo's Italian Cheeses, Roses
Halloumi, Clevedon Buffalo Co, Milligan's, Zany Zeus and more, to provide you with a collection of
beautifully curated cheeses.
We value farmers who provide their hens with nutritional feed and
free-roaming in the great outdoors. Our main egg supplier is Whangaripo Eggs, who supply Free Range size
7, size 6 and Mixed grade eggs straight from their farm in Whangaripo Valley Road, Wellsford. Our egg offering
includes barn raised eggs from Zealand Farms and quail eggs from Vista Game Birds
